I just wanted to write to thank you for the cataract and lens replacement surgery you carried out on both of my eyes. Although I was never sure what the outcome might be, the results have been way beyond anything I could have imagined. For the first time in many years I am not reliant on glasses and, in fact, have stopped using them altogether.
I understand I need to be patient as my eyes recover, but the results so far are spectacular. Funnily enough, it is in my day-to-day life where I notice it most. The ability to be able to clearly see the dashboard of my car or read a menu or even read a text sent by one of my daughters. The difference is fantastic. And may I also thank you personally for making the entire process so comfortable and free of stress. Your kindness and your professionalism were outstanding and I really appreciate everything you have done for me. In very real terms, you have transformed my sight and, in so doing, have transformed my quality of life. Thank you so much.
Dear Misha. The words ‘thank you’ are not used often enough in our modern world but simply saying thank you is not sufficient enough to express my appreciation for what you have done for me. The complexities of my eyes presented you with problems which meant my treatment would not be at all straightforward (as Andrew said I would be a challenge!! – what an understatement!!).
The ability which you have given me to be able to see well is life changing for which I will always be grateful (and explains the stupid grin on my face!). Misha your winning combination of being a highly skilled surgeon and a lovely caring personality is just simply wonderful. I just knew my eyes were in safe hands. Please also pass my thanks to Hilary and your surgical team (especially the hand holding Emma). Forever Grateful.
I would like to thank you for performing my cataract surgery. I am thrilled to bits with my new eyesight it continues to amaze and delight. I realise how little I was seeing before!
Thank you so much for seeing me so promptly which was very reassuring. Please thank Roger for his phone call to me the same day. You have all been brilliant and not only to me, as voiced by the lady next to me in thw waiting room who was full of praise for the service and you in particular.
Just to say thank you very much for my cataract op last Monday and your care. It is much appreciated. Thanks also to your lovely team of nurses.
It has been over 6 months since my cataract operation on both eyes and I would like to thank you so very much. I have
been to see Brad and he was extremely pleased with my results.
Thank you again it has been the best thing that has happened this year.
Many thanks for giving me my eyesight back! With very best wishes.
Thank you so much for everything you have done that has made it possible to see clearly again. I so do appreciate your loyal devotion and also that of your team. A huge thank you.
A big thank you! My eye sight is so much better and I am glad to be able to drive safely. You have been so kind, reassuring and obviously very competent. Many, many thanks again – please stay safe and well and continuing your wonderful work!
Dear Misha and all your team. Thank you SO much for the special care I know I have received from you over the last weeks and CONTINUE to receive!
Thank you for treating me with such kindness and understanding. You realise how your patients are naturally nervous, but I always had such confidence in you because you always explained what you were going to do and I was able to relax. In fact I felt I was meeting up with a friend so thank you.
Many thanks to you and your staff for my Op. I am delighted with my second “new” eye!
My mum had an appointment this week, which led unexpectedly to the YAG Capsulotomy being done on the same afternoon. She said everyone involved was kind, lovely and efficient, and having had the treatment is a massive weight off her mind. She is now much more positive about the future having had a very tough period of ill health. Thank you to you and your team.
Dear Misha, Thank you for restoring my eyesight. After a few days the results were amazing.
Thank you so much for the two successful operations you carried out on my eyes this last few weeks. Also the care and attention was beyond the call of duty.
I would just like to say thank you for the care and kindness shown to me during my cataract treatment. I appreciate it very much indeed. My best wishes!
I would like to say a heartfelt ‘thank you’ for the care and prompt action. We cannot express how grateful we are to all involved.
As the post-operation mist cleared hour by hour the world manifested itself: sight becoming new, becoming more: – enlightenment! I had not expected the vividness – not just clarity (such clarity!) and precision – the “edginess” of things, the integrity of individual leave and as well, bounteous light; unpeeled, exposed colour, the tiny rainbow in each drop of the next morning’s dew. I was, and still am, seeing the world with the eye of the child I was when myopia first smudged my view. It feels miraculous, and humbling.
To say “Thank You” feels wholly inadequate – but I do thank you, for this gift, this blessing, this grace! It’s almost beyond belief that my other eye might anticipate a similar emancipation. But Misha, I’m a believer now! and looking forward to yet more illumination. I remain you exceedingly grateful patient.
Dear Mrs Badial (Magic Misha – Model Misha). I would like to thank you and all your team for your expert care and attentionat my Cataract procedure. It was indeed a ‘Grand Day Out’. Absolutely unbelievable.
You did tell me that you could NOT make my sight perfect as I had macular degeneration – but you could make it better and you did. My world seems to have opened up and for that I am most grateful and appreciative. I thank you and all you amazing team.
Dear Misha, I wanted to thank you for my new left eye lens! I’m so grateful for the gift of clear eye sight.
What you do for people is wonderful – and very skillful. Thank you so much and long may you be able to help so many.
We wanted to let you know how much we both appreciate the kindness, warmth, care and compassion you have given to us on Jean’s cataract surgery journey. We are so pleased that we had you as our consultant, the medical profession are very lucky to have you.
I count myself lucky to have been given back to eyesight I had as a young woman. Thank you Misha for using you considerable surgical skills to make it possible and the many kind follow up calls that we so reassuring in the recovery.
I have had my cataracts done by Misha and the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent, from the checking in procedure at Sulis hospital to my follow up appointments post op, I can only commend the staff. I was slightly apprehensive about the procedure initially but on meeting Misha for the first time she immediately put my mind at rest with her confident attitude. It is not yet 3 weeks since I had my 2nd procedure, and 5 weeks since my 1st, but already any irritation and grittiness has gone and after 61 years of wearing spectacles to now only needing then for reading and close work is truly liberating.
It’s now been over a month since mum’s cataract procedure and we think it has been a success. Although mum wont admit it (maybe she’s scare we will get the other one done) she can definitely see better through her left eye. I showed her some photographs of the family and she was able to work out who was who. On behalf of the family I want to say thank you very much! The way you took care of mum was fantastic. You understood and was sympathetic to her situation and you showed amazing patience. I know she wasn’t the easiest patient and thanks to you and Dawn for persevering we didnt think we could have been done without your kind and compassionate approach.
